Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing you with a reliable and efficient delivery service. All of our UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Please review the following policy to understand our shipping process, costs, and delivery expectations.

 

 

1. General Shipping Information

 

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

• Packaging: We use sturdy and appropriate packaging to ensure your items arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged please read the Returns and Refunds Policy. 

2. Royal Mail 

• Your package will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. Any delays to your delivery are the responsibility of Royal Mail, and you will need to contact them directly.

3. Shipping locations

• Unfortunately Toadstools Bookshop is only able to trade and post within the UK. Although this may change in the future.
