Anna, a young doctor, offers to help her best friend Kathryn, a psychologist, by becoming a “guinea pig” for a little known technique called Past Life Regression. The results of their sessions when pieced together show Anna has lived many different lives in wildly different locations however there is a common thread, a love of words, a love of storytelling. Aspects of each life explain her attitudes and preferences in her current life. The lives appear to start in legend and go through different eras and places ending in the horror of Hiroshima. These stories are fictional or are they and the historical eras display real facts but imaginary people.
